Frequently Asked Questions

Can I claim ITC on invoices that do not appear in my GSTR-2B?

Under current GST rules (Rule 36(4)), Input Tax Credit can only be availed if the corresponding supplier has filed their GSTR-1 and the invoice is reflected in your GSTR-2B statement.

What happens if a NIL return is not filed on time?

Even for NIL returns (no sales or purchases), filing is mandatory. Delayed filing attracts a daily statutory late fee under GST law until the return is submitted.

Do you assist with Quarterly Return Monthly Payment (QRMP) scheme?

Yes, we support QRMP eligible businesses with monthly PMT-06 challans and quarterly IFF / GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
